IMPORTANT: PLESAE MAKE SURE YOU HAVN’T HAD A MENTAL HEALTH CARE PLAN DONE IN LAST 12 MONTHS AS IT WILL AFFECT YOUR MEDICARE REBATE. (Please ask if unsure)

The Medicare rules are that a patient must pay the rebate + gap amount and then Medicare will refund the rebate amount.

Cancellation Policy / Fee

Patients need to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. For patients that are no show or under 24hr, a $30 fee will be charged.

This applies to all patients, including pensioners, health care card holders, children, and those with private insurance.

Nurses
Please be aware that patients need to see the doctor first. The Registered nurses can carry out several procedures and services such as Childhood Immunisations, ear syringing, and wound management under the supervision of a doctor. There is a small fee applied on some procedures to cover the costs of supplies/consumables. Please see reception for more information.

Travel
Traveling? We offer comprehensive travel consultations and advice tailored to your individual travel needs. And we are a yellow fever accredited practice. Travel consultations are to be booked with the doctor and nurse.
