MFP is a new medical practice in the Brookvale inside Priceline Pharmacy inside Westfield Warringah Mall. All MFP staff are dedicated to treating and caring for our clients with complete professionalism. New patients are always welcome and staff are always on hand to answer or further explain any queries.

We consider ourselves to be part of the local community. Majority of our regular clients are well known to our GP’s and staff.

MFP is a fully computerised medical practice in accordance with the latest RACGP standards and equipped with the latest equipment and technology. All of our policies and procedures comply with RACGP standards.

  • Walk in WELCOME and have minimal wait.
  • Appointments can be booked over the phone or though our online.

Medical consultations are conducted by an appointment system. Appointments can be booked by phoning 83196266, in person at the practice or online. Each appointment is scheduled for 15 minutes. However, if you are presenting with multiple or complex issues, please ask for a double appointment in order to minimize waiting times for other patients. Please request your preferred doctor if available for continuity of care. Otherwise, other doctors will be offered. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to notify you of any unforeseen delays to your treatment.

A telephone interpreter or formal interpreter service may be accessed when required. please notify practice staff should this service be required.

Our practice is committed to providing you with the best preventative care possible. Practice staff will seek your permission to be included on our reminder system and may issue you are minder notice on occasion. If you do not wish to be part of this system, please let your doctor or practice nurse know.

Unfortunately, due to the allowance for urgent cases and the potentially complex and unpredictable nature of medical consultations, waiting times can be prolonged. We understand that it maybe difficult to wait at times for various reasons, and we aim to achieve a balance between appropriate medical care and minimizing inconvenience. Please follow up with an appointment within the week for all results. Patients will be contacted by the practice nurse to follow up an appointment with their GP for any abnormal urgent results. For non-urgent results mostly a sms is sent to book an appointment. No results are discussed obver the phone or online by email due to PRIVACY reasons.

Are available subject to individual circumstances and at the doctor’s
discretion. Fees may apply. You can also call 13 SICK for home visits after hours.

Upon arrival at the practice for your appointment, please inform the
receptionist if:

  • You have a pension card or Health Care Card.
  • Your child is to be immunised.
  • The visit is a work-related injury.

sep-iconTelephone Access:

GP’s may be contacted during normal opening hours for URGENT issues. A message will be taken by reception staff and the GP will return your call you when possible. We do not provide over the phone consultations and results will never be discussed over the phone.


Please notify reception staff if you are unable to keep an appointment in order to allow another patient to be seen.

Medclinic Family Practice is bulk billing practice.

Patients with a valid Medicare card are bulk billed. There may be extra charges for some procedures. Your doctor will discuss this with you prior to this. Patients waiting for a valid Medicare card/number (new born patients or expired card) will be privately billed at the scheduled rate of, which will be 100% rebate upon obtaining a Medicare card/number at the Medicare office or through your My GOV account.

sep-iconOverseas Patients/Non Medicare card Holders:

Patients who are overseas students or visitors and have a policy with BUPA or NIB will be billed by HICAPS at bulk bill rates, please show your card to reception. If you are an overseas student or visitor from another provider you will be privately billed to the scheduled rate, which you will receive 100% refund from your provider. Patients ineligible for Medicare will be privately billed at the private rate. Please ask reception for a list of these fees if this is applicable to you.
